An open-source 3D-printed body for Maker’s Pet MINI robot. Compatible with Maker’s Pet BDC-30P board. Requires assembly.
Recommended Use: build a complete LiDAR-enabled DIY Arduino/ROS2 robot capable of room mapping, automatic navigation using the map. All Maker’s Pet robots are expected to be app-capable in 2025 H2.
- Purchase this robot body or 3D-print it yourself at no charge
- Add two 12V N20 encoder motors, two motor precision clamps and two 43mm wheels
- Add a Maker’s Pet BDC-30P controller/driver board with an ESP32 DOIT DevKit v1 compatible board
- Add a LiDAR
- LDROBOT LD14P (recommended)
- Mounts available for YDLIDAR X2L, YDLIDAR SCL

- There may be stringing left over after 3D printing. The stringing does not affect the functionality.

3D Printing Instructions:
- I recommend using PETG. PLA is also acceptable unless your robot is exposed to the sun.

Set Seam Position to Random in your slicer when printing the caster wheel. Without this setting the caster can make a rhythmic knocking sound when rolling over hard floors.
