SKU: LDROBOT-LD14P Category: Brand:

LDROBOT LD14P LiDAR I use a lot to build my DIY robots. 0.1-8m range, 2-8Hz scan speed, 4K points per second with a relatively low typical power consumption of 5V 300mA.

Included is the LiDAR (no retail box) and a 20cm DuPont female breakout cable.

Recommended Use:

  • Connect to Maker’s Pet ESP32-based robot controller/driver boards (BDC-30PBDC-38C4, etc.) to build an Arduino/ROS2 robot using this breakout cable
  • Connect directly to 2.54mm DuPont male header on an ESP32 DevKit module, Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Pico, NVIDIA Jetson Nano, various Arduino/ARM/STM/etc. MCU/CPU boards using this breakout cable
  • Connect to a PC using a USB-to-Serial adapter
    • Embedded devices having a USB 2.0 or faster port and running Linux like Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson Nano might also work.
