ESP32E 30-pin Development Board

A ESP32E 30-pin development board designed by Maker’s Pet. A drop-in replacement for popular 30-pin ESP32 boards, this board has the following upgrades:

• The WiFi module is upgraded to DOIT ESP-WROOM-32E with Espressif ESP32-D0WD-V3 SoC – a bug-fixed revision of ESP32 with a cleaner WiFi RF spectrum (per Espressif support).
• The WiFi module 5V to 3.3V power supply is upgraded to a DC-DC step-down buck converter, replacing LDO regulator. This upgrade lowers the board power consumption to achieve longer run times when using battery power.
• The WiFi module enters firmware upload mode automatically without the need to press the BOOT button – a bugfix with respect to ESP32 DOIT 30-pin dev kit boards.

This board has a micro-USB with CH340K USB-to-serial converter IC and a genuine FCC-certified ESP32-WROOM-32E WiFi module.
