This privacy policy governs how REMAKE AI Statutory Trust, a Wyoming Business Trust, DBA Maker’s Pet collects, stores, uses, and discloses information about users of makerspet.com. This policy applies to the site, along with related products and services offered by Maker’s Pet that link to this policy.
We may update this this Privacy Notice as necessary without prior notification.
Collecting personal information
We use managed WooCommerce eCommerce solution hosted on Hostinger to run our online store. We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel and various WooCommerce store analytics to collect and analyze information associated with makerspet.com visitors and customers. We use Google Gmail for individual email and MailChimp for email automation. Currently we use USPS and UPS for shipping. We also use third-party services including Google YouTube, Cloudflare, Facebook – including Facebook Messenger, Meta Ads and Instagram, X (Twitter), GitHub, Reddit including Reddit Ads, Discord and TikTok.
If you place an order and/or register an account with Maker’s Pet online store, we will have access to your e-mail address and any additional contact information you choose to provide us. If you place an order, we retain a record of the contents of the order, delivery and billing address information, and any communication you might have with our customer support team about the order.
If you use website features such as commenting or notifications, we may retain record of such use including the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you upload images to the website, keep in mind that some images may have embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Consider stripping location data from images before upload. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you browse makerspet.com, with or without a login, we may know for a limited time that a user at your IP address has visited pages on the site. We may collect details about the user’s browser type, operating system, access times, referring URL and other similar data. We may log your browsing activity on makerspet.com, including pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access time and other similar details. We may also infer certain information from other data we collect, including using automated means to generate information about your likely preferences or other characteristics (“inferences”). For example, we may infer your city, state, and country location based on your IP address.
We may also collect data on what products and content you browse in order to offer better value to you through personalized email, and to see which products/content may be most useful to you.
We use third-party payment processors to process payments. Our third-party payment processors store payment information necessary to facilitate transactions on the site, including credit card details and billing address. We do not store your payment information. Our third-party payment processors include Stripe and PayPal.
When ordering from the Maker’s Pet online store you may choose to create a customer account. The online store customer account is created and maintained using WooCommerce managed by Hostinger. For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We may use web beacons (single-pixel gifs) that are contained within email. When your browser an email that contains a web beacon, it automatically connects to the web server that hosts the image (typically hosted by a third party). This allows that web server to log information about your device and to set and read its own cookies. We use web beacons, for example, to deliver cookies, count visits, understand if an email has been opened and acted upon.
Use of cookies
We use cookies, mobile analytics, advertising IDs, and similar technologies to operate our website and online services and to help collect data, including other identifiers and device information and usage data.
Many web browsers accept cookies by default. Users can usually change their browser’s settings to reject and/or to remove many cookies. Please note also that choosing to reject or remove cookies may prevent certain features or services of our site from working properly.

Because we let advertising and analytics providers collect IP addresses, cookie IDs, mobile IDs through our sites and apps when you use our online services, but do not “sell” any other types of personal information, we provide our “Do Not Sell My Info” disclosures in this section.
We share personal data with your consent or as necessary to complete your transactions or provide the products you have requested or authorized, including with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this privacy notice (including above in the cookies section). iOS and Android operating systems provide options to limit tracking and/or reset the advertising IDs.
Most email clients have settings which allow you prevent the automatic downloading of images, which will disable web beacons in the email messages you read.

We collect and process personal information about you with your consent and/or as necessary to provide the products you use, fulfil your order, provide you with support, operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, to prevent fraud, abuse and protect the security of our systems and our customers, to send periodic emails and otherwise communicate with you through confirmations, invoices, notices, alerts, and administrative messages, for marketing and advertising and to fulfil other legitimate interests. We may/will also contact you in case we learn that our user data becomes compromised.
We use a variety of third-party services including payment gateways, shipping providers, content-distribution networks, advertisers, analytics, and monitoring tools. Some of these services store information about users, and may track individuals across sites, applications, and services. These services may collect information in a similar manner as described above, including, for example, IP address, access times, browser type, language, device type, and device identifiers. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the products and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
Since we use managed hosting, we may not have access or retain all web server logs.

Essentially all personal information that Maker’s Pet collects – using its third-party services – is stored with Maker’s Pet third-party services listed in this Privacy Notice. Maker’s Pet business itself is located in the USA.
Customer rights and choices with regards to your personal information
We provide a variety of ways for you to control the personal data we hold about you.
- You may opt out from our mailing list(s) using the opt-out link in the emails.
- When purchasing from our online store you may choose to check out as a guest instead of creating an account.
- If you’d like to obtain a copy of your online store account/data, please email us a request.
- If you’d like to delete your online store account and data, please email us a request. This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, tax, customs or security purposes.
